How To Create a 30 Day Journal With the Kick Your Negative Thoughts To The Curb Printables
Printables are a great way to grow your list and earn money, but creating them can be time-consuming especially with all of the day to day activities you do as a business owner.
This is one of the main reasons that I started my business - to help people like you save time.
Right now I have a set of 5 printables / planner pages that you can get for only $7.
These are geared specifically for the personal development or self help niche on a topic that interests people...
Kicking the negative thoughts out of your head and not giving them the power to make you feel bad.
The problem people have is that they're not sure how to break out of the cycle.
These printables are going to guide them through how to do that. They'll be able to write down their thoughts and learn how to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. This takes practice and since these are digital and can be printed right from their computer then they'll be able to print as many as they need.
Use these as an opt-in for one of your products or just to be on your list.
Or you could take these and make it into a 30 day journal for them.
Steps To Create as a 30 Day Journal
Take each of the printables and see which pages you want to include. I would change some of the components / wording and set it up as a daily journal and each day had each one printable that they could fill out.
I would include them in this order:
- Let It Out! Negative Thoughts Braindump
I would include this as the third page so that people can start writing thoughts that they have often. This one might be hard for people, so again you can include one sample page.
This would go at the beginning of the book so that they can see what ones come to them the most.
After they're done doing the braindump they'll want to...
- Replace Negative Thoughts
Use this worksheet at the beginning so they can work through their negative thoughts and turn them into positive. It might be easier if they have a list so that they're not trying to think of something positive when they're not in the right frame of mind as they go through the days.
This one would be a great one to give a lot of examples.
Before I started the 30 days to turn negative thoughts around I would create a page section that says day 1, day 2, etc. This might be a great page to add an inspiring quote or to include a coloring image. People like to doodle and color, so this page would give them their creative outlet.
- My Daily Mantras & Affirmations
You can include one for each day so that they can write out their affirmation and mantras daily. Another option would be to include an example sheet filled out. Sometimes people don't know what to say for these and so they'll leave them blank. This way if they have some ideas the first few times they'll probably copy but then they'll start coming up with their own. Some affirmations and mantras they'll keep because they speak to them.
- Gratitude & Honoring the Good In Your Life
This has 3 sections that are meant for 3 days, but another way you could do it is to change the words day to morning, afternoon, and night. Again, you could fill one out as an example for people. Include one page per day.
- Turn Negative Thoughts To Positive Ones
I would change the word date to morning, afternoon, and evening. I would include this as a daily page.
Even though I've included the Replace Negative Thoughts at the beginning of the journal - I would also include it after each Turn Negative Thoughts Into Positive Ones so that people can work through those negative feelings as they happen.
They'll see results and when that happens you'll be thought of as an expert in their minds.
After you're done making this 30-day planner you could give this away as a gift to your audience, sell it as a product, add it to another product you currently have, or use it as a bonus / giveaway.Have a great and productive day!
-April
P.S. You'll have the opportunity to pick up the challenge that is of the same topic on the order form page and if this is a topic you think your audience would like - I'd pick this up as well because they're designed to work together.
